We are entered on the Financial Services Register under Firm Reference Number 1055734. There may be a fee for arranging your mortgage, and the precise amount will depend on your circumstances.  Our typical fee is £395, payable on receipt of a mortgage offer. For more complex cases, we reserve the right to charge up to £999. This will be agreed with you at the outset.
